Please be sure to include the following requirements per applicant with your application:
- Minimum credit score require is 650
- CASH or MONEY ORDER ONLY as per application fee per applicant (18 and over) for processing background/credit check – nonrefundable. This varies depending on the landlord.
- Last Four (4) and most recent pay stubs.
- Three (3) most recent bank statements and investment/saving accounts.
- Employer reference letter stating your salary, position and length of employment.
- Copy of your last W-2/1040/1099 income tax return.
- Current rent statement (If applicable).
- Photo identification, including New York State Identification, social security card and/or passport
All adults (18 and over) must provide complete package of requirements.
All individuals (any age) who will be living in the apartment must be listed on the application.
Application must be completed in their entirety with all attachments or they CANNOT be processed.
Processing of your application will commence upon receipt of all pertinent information. You will be notified by mail or telephone of your eligibility, as soon as your application has been processed.
